The Competition Hacks Course will let you in on the meticulous details behind elite performance and as well as how many factors play into championship level swimming.

Lectured over 12 complete modules, this course is an extensive breakdown of each element that impacts performance including hydration, reading the meet timeline, and importance of warm down. You will learn the reasons behind why competitions consume so much time and why coaches are so adamant about the details.

This course is also sprinkled with entertaining childhood stories about swim meets and how they are ultimately the very experiences that breed our mentality for world stages. There is no age too young to learn the methodology- enroll in this course if you are ready to approach competitions with a whole new mindset.

This course takes roughly 170 minutes to complete. However, it is designed to be completed at a pace of 1 module per week (12 week timeline). This avoids over-burdening the intricate lessons in each module and in parallel, will allow you to review 2 modules per consulting call.
